CoNucleus provides weekly health monitoring summaries based on smartwatch data collected from your parent's wearable device. The service includes account creation, family linking, health data collection, and email-based health insights.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or interfere with its operation
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorisation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software

IMPORTANT: CoNucleus is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

• Our health summaries are informational only and are not a substitute for professional healthcare
• CoNucleus is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used to make medical decisions
• In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately
• Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CoNucleus shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the health summaries provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of health data or insights.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through the service
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
