Terms of Service

CoNucleus provides weekly health monitoring summaries based on smartwatch data collected from your parent's wearable device. The service includes account creation, family linking, health data collection, and email-based health insights.

What you're paying for

A reservation deposit is $10 USD, or the local-currency amount shown at checkout (£10 in the UK, A$10 in Australia, S$10 in Singapore, ₹1,000 in India). The deposit secures your spot in the queue for a Conu bracelet, with a target ship date of Q4 2027. The deposit applies as a credit toward the final retail purchase price of $129 USD when the bracelet ships. The exact amount you will be charged is always shown before you confirm payment.

Refund policy

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before we ship the bracelet, no questions asked. To request a refund, reply to your reservation confirmation email or email conuparent@gmail.com. We will refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

If we cannot ship

If Conu cannot ship the bracelet by 2028-06-30, we will automatically refund your deposit in full. You do not need to take any action.

Use of funds

Reservation deposits may be used by CoNucleus Pte. Ltd. (or its successor entity) for product development, manufacturing, and shipping. We retain ownership of these funds until shipment.

Early access program

Early access is a separate, free program you can join using your parent's existing Apple Watch or Samsung watch. It does not require a reservation deposit. If you join early access:

• You agree to receive weekly digests about your parent's health data drawn from their existing wearable device.
• You agree to provide candid feedback on the product, ideally within 4 weeks of receiving each digest.
• As a thank-you, we will gift you a free extra Conu bracelet once you are set up and giving feedback. Early access is offered at our sole discretion and places are limited.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including:

• Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA)
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
• EU Consumer Rights Directive
• US state-level consumer protection laws (varies by state)

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts. This does not limit consumer-protection rights as above.

Force majeure

CoNucleus is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, supply-chain disruption, etc.). Refunds remain available per the refund policy.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or interfere with its operation
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorisation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software

IMPORTANT: CoNucleus is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

• Our health summaries are informational only and are not a substitute for professional healthcare
• CoNucleus is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used to make medical decisions
• In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately
• Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CoNucleus shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the health summaries provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of health data or insights.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through the service
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
